Totentanz with the
Liverpool Philharmonic and Vassily Petrenko, earned
top place on Naxos’ Bestseller’s Digital Platform for six consecutive months
and these words from American Record Guide: " Clearly he has this music in
his fingers…There is sheer pyrotechnic display on offer here that rivals the
best on my shelf… He commands a formidable dynamic range; yet he knows when
to caress the keys… (he) may well be the Richter of his
generation "
At the 2012 Indian Summer in Levoca Festival, Eldar will
give a solo recital of the music of Beethoven, Rachmaninoff
and Chopin; with the Stamic Quartet he
will perform the Piano Quintet of César Franck; and he will
